I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor with over 22 years’ experience counselling children, adolescence, and their families through challenging times. I offer a warm, holistic approach, providing a safe space where clients feel understood and supported. Working collaboratively, I help people explore and make sense of their experiences at their own pace. I have provided counselling and support for children, young people, parents, adults, and professionals across a variety of settings, following BACP standards and professional Codes of Practice.

Voluntary Service Aberdeen – I established the Counselling Service for Care Experienced and Adopted children and young people, providing individual counselling as well as consultation, training, and supervision for carers, kinship carers, adopters, and social workers.
ACIS Youth Counselling Service, Aberdeen - School Counsellor counselling children of all primary stages, training and consultation to school staff. I also provided clinical supervision to counsellors and therapists working within other sites.
